  • Once the order is placed, you will be contacted by our executive through an email or a phone call.
  • You will be provided with a unique tracking ID. Generating a tracking ID will take 24 hours.
  • Once the order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 days.
  • Each of our shipment is dispatched from our distribution centre in Mumbai and Singapore. So, the shipment may consume a period of 18 to 25 days. (Delivery may be take up to 35 days from dispatch, due to extensive Covid-19 safety measures.)
  • At present, we are working 24*7 to serve you with the best possible cost and deliver you within the least possible time.
In case you get contacted by our payment processor by email for verification simply reply to them positively; if they call you, reply positively again to confirm the order and payment. This might be done with the new customers, just to assure us and them of the placed order and the done transaction.We are obliged to inform you that, we do not ship to any conflicted country, regions or war zones. In case you place the order and the destination of the shipment is a conflicted and an unsafe zone, we would simply refund your money, along with an email explaining our action.In case, your order is taking more than expected time to reach to your doorstep, kindly wait for 7 more days. If we fail to reach you even after that, be assured, your money will be refunded or we will replace the order for you and reach you with some bonus as a compensation from our side.If the shipping information is wrong, we will most certainly make arrangements for the refund, however, you will have to bear the shipping cost, and we might not accept any order again from the given contact details.All the users are requested to check and double-check their information before placing any order.
